On June 7, the 6th Battery of Self-Propelled Anti-Aircraft Artillery (6th Bia AAAe AP) received a visit from the Chief of Land Force Readiness, Division General Édson Skora Rosty, accompanied by the Commander of the 6th Armored Infantry Brigade, Brigadier General Marcelo Carvalho Ribeiro.
The purpose of the visit was to check the ASF Combat Simulators of the Gepard 1A2 armored anti-aircraft combat vehicle (VBC AAe), recently installed equipment used by the military organization in the training of the 1st Self-Propelled Anti-Aircraft Artillery Section, part of the Readiness Force (FORPRON) of the 6th Brigade Infantry Brigade.
In this opportunity, the armored garage pavilion, which houses the armored vehicles, and the armored maintenance pavilion were also visited, and a VBC AAe Gepard 1 A2 was shown in a simulated aircraft engagement operation.
