In the period from June 20 to 23, a doctrinal exchange visit of Brazilian Army military personnel to Chilean Army Mountain Military Organizations is taking place.
Military personnel from the Land Operations Command (COTER) and the 4th Mountain Infantry Brigade are participating in instructions in the Mountain Detachment No. 3 “Yungay” and in the Mountain School, belonging to the 3rd Mountain Division, in Valparaiso.
The exchange takes place within the Plan of Visits and Other Activities in Friendly Nations 2022 and has the purpose of supporting the preparation of the Mountain Infantry Battalion’s campaign manual, for the improvement of Land Military Doctrine.
