Bagé (RS) – Between November 14 and 17, the 3rd Mechanized Cavalry Regiment (3rd RC Mec), Regiment Forte Santa Tecla, provided support to the Parachute Infantry Brigade in the city of Bagé.
On November 14th, the Parachute Infantry Brigade carried out an Airborne Flight in the region of Bagé, in order to simulate the takeover of the city’s airport, as well as other activities that took place during the week.
On the occasion, a Mechanized Cavalry Platoon from the 3rd RC Mec, acted as an opposing force, carrying out disturbance activities in the scope of Operation Pampa, training of the Readiness Force (FORPRON), of the Task Force 26th Parachute Infantry Battalion.
