Between June 13 and 15, the 9th Communications and Electronic Warfare Battalion conducted training in Tactical and Satellite Communications for military personnel from the 13th Motorized Infantry Brigade and the 18th Pantanal Infantry Brigade, enabling them to operate the Command and Control equipment of the Border Monitoring System (SISFRON).
The 9th Communications and Electronic Warfare Battalion also carried out a demonstration of the Communications and Electronic Warfare systems for the Military Commander of the West, Army General Anísio David de Oliveira Júnior, enabling the capabilities of the Battalion to be verified in support of operational preparation and employment in the western border region.
