A committee from the Army Aviation Material Directorate (DMAvEx) accompanied the day and night shooting of the Skyfire rocket that was conducted by the 1st Army Aviation Battalion at the Formosa Field of Instruction on May 20.
The activity aimed to verify the functioning of the 70mm Skyfire ammunition lot, which was delivered by the manufacturer this year, as well as to analyze the Avibras AV-LM 70/7-SF M9B multiple rocket launcher in operational conditions.
Also accompanying the shooting was a field team from the launcher manufacturer Avibras made up of an engineer and a technician.
