Marco Antonio Caffe, a veteran pilot in Brazilian Army Aviation and current General Director of BAE Systems do Brasil, was decorated in September during the Brazilian Army’s anniversary celebrations. He received the Army Aviation Merit Medal and Silver Badge from General Achiles Furlan Neto, Head of the Army’s Science and Technology Department, the highest-ranking Army Aviation pilot on active duty.

The Army Aeronautical Merit Medal honours military aviators of the Brazilian Army, active or veterans, who have distinguished themselves through excellent performance, irreproachable civilian and military conduct, as well as good service to their organizations.

I am pleased to continue serving the nation in my role leading BAE Systems here as we partner with our military, our academic institutions and our industry to deliver protection, partnership and prosperity to Brazil,” says Caffé.
