Conference of American Armies conducts specialized studies Brasília (DF) - The Conference of American Armies (CAA) held, on November 10, 2022, the second Work Videoconference of the Interoperability Expert Studies Committee, with the purpose of expanding cooperation and integration among the CAA members in this knowledge area. The Foreign Advisor of the Permanent Executive Secretariat of the Conference of American Armies (SEPCEA) and Coordinator of the Committee, Colonel Walter Ivan Borré Troncoso, from the Colombian Army, presented the proposal of the Interoperability Guide for future analysis by the Committee members.
