Between June 4th and 9th, the 1st Combat Car Regiment supported the Cavalry Course instructions at the Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN), located in Resende – RJ. The cadets from the 4th year of the Cavalry course had the opportunity to carry out a coordinated attack, from the issuing and execution of orders, to the maintenance activities of the means employed.
This activity, carried out in the field of instruction in Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul (RS), allowed the future officers to know in depth the Leopard 1 A5 BR Armored Combat Vehicle, as well as to observe the work developed by the members of the “Vanguardeiro Regiment” with the simulators used in the certification of the Armored Combat Vehicle garrisons.
