Embraer has an open call for applications for the second cycle of its internship program in 2022, which seeks talent capable of facing the challenges, transformations, and technological advances of the aerospace industry. There will be 150 vacancies for the areas of administration, technology, engineering, and operations, to work in on-site, hybrid, or 100% remote work models. The profile analysis, group dynamics, and the final interview will be conducted online.
“When we receive new talents in our internship program, we invest not only in the career of each one, but also in the future of the aerospace industry. And we seek to do this by continually building a more diverse and inclusive environment that strengthens innovation,” said Larissa Maraccini, Embraer’s Human Resources Director.
Candidates are eligible if they are in college or technical school. The benefits offered are a stipend compatible with the market, transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, and medical and dental care. Candidates who are not approved in the current cycle will remain in Embraer’s talent pool and may be used in future opportunities.
Applications are open until September 1st and can be made through the links: Engineering and Operations, Administration, Technology, and Technical (note: website in portuguese).
Embraer’s internship program is recognized as one of the best in Brazil because of its increasingly digital learning environment and its diversity, with the participation of young people from all parts of the country. This year’s first cycle promoted 329 admissions in several areas.
