Rosário do Sul (RS) – On August 9, the 6th Armored Infantry Brigade held its operational readiness for the Fists of Steel exercise, which brings together more than 1,200 military personnel and about 240 vehicles. The activity took place at the Barão de São Borja Training Field and is part of the Brigade’s certification activities as a Readiness Force.
The organic units of the 6th Armored Infantry Brigade participated, making up an Armored Task Force led by the 1st Combat Car Regiment. The troops of the Readiness Force will remain in the field until August 19, concluding the last cycle of their certification.
