The Safran group, a global reference in the Aerospace, Defense and Security sectors, will be present at ENAVSEG (National Meeting of Public Security and Civil Defense Aviation), which takes place between September 27 and 29 in Salvador (BA). At the event, the group will be represented by executives from Safran Helicopter Engines and Safran Electronics & Defense – the latter with its subsidiaries, Safran Eletrônica & Defesa Brasil and Safran Eletrônica & Defesa Americas.
Safran Eletrônica & Defesa Brasil will present the Euroflir410, a very high resolution multispectral camera system for aircraft and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) used in intelligence, protection, search and rescue missions.
The equipment has state-of-the-art video sensors capable of recognizing and identifying threats from kilometers away, day or night, in any weather condition. Its laser functions and on-board inertial navigation system ensure precise geolocation and target designation, and its integrated decision-aid and multi-sensor management functions deliver increased situational awareness and great efficiency for all types of missions.
