What is your assessment of LAAD-2024?
LAAD-SP, despite being a smaller event than Rio de Janeiro, is very strong, especially in the Public Security market. The volume of qualified visitors to our stand was very good and our team worked hard to serve everyone who was looking for information and those who already knew us and came to deepen their relationship. We ended the day with some great prospects and expanded networking.
What were Condor’s highlights in this edition?
The one that attracted the most attention was undoubtedly the Defensor 10-caliber pistol, for close-range shooting with elastomer ammunition. The product impressed because it combines agility in its handling, safety and precision, thanks to the quality of the equipment and the ammunition.
The Spark Duo pistol was another attraction, because it fires two shots and operates with crossed electricity. The display of the training simulator with non-lethal technologies using virtual reality also drew a lot of attention.
Another highlight was the body camera with facial recognition and OCR capabilities. Our equipment has just been developed and the technology we’ve incorporated into it has been well received by the experts.
What are your expansion plans for the future?
Our expansion strategy involves adding more and more technology to our products. The concept of Condor Intelligence will become increasingly common when someone refers to our products in the future.
Do Condor’s revenues today come more from Brazil or abroad?
The foreign market usually accounts for a larger share than the domestic market.
What is Condor’s way forward in a highly technological market and in the new era of AI?
The way forward is through the application of intelligent, integrated solutions for a safer world. We are implementing more software within our products, such as the system in the drone that analyzes the scene of the action and the atmospheric conditions to guide the best course of action. Our evolution continues and will always remain focused on developing sophisticated and precise equipment that can be used in actions where the risk to people, all people, is minimized, always.
