New Collaboration Reveals Growing Group of Urban Air Traffic Management Customers
Eve Air Mobility (“EVE”) has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Bluenest – Globalvia’s advanced air mobility (“AAM”) innovation company with a focus on vertiport infrastructure – to provide its Urban Air Traffic Management (“UATM”) solution in support of its future Vertiport Automation System.
As part of the agreement, the companies will join forces to study the use of the software in Urban Air Mobility (UAM) operations by developing an operational model in specific regions and missions according to Bluenest’s needs.
“We firmly believe that collaboration is the best way to make the air mobility of the future a reality,” highlighted Gema Ferrero, Director of Bluenest by Globalvia. “Therefore, through this strategic collaboration, Eve and Bluenest will be able to enhance the management of urban air mobility operations and infrastructure in vertiports, uniting sky and land between the two companies.”
“The collaboration with Bluenest will further increase Eve’s visibility in the market as a solid UATM solution provider and continue to further our understanding of vertiport operations,” said Andre Stein, co-CEO of Eve.
“Our software will support the integrated operation of UAM aircraft, optimizing operational performance and safety, and prepare for the scale and eventual integration of unmanned vehicles.”
Eve’s UATM software is a solution-agnostic solution that seeks to maximize the efficiency of vertiports and ensure their utilization with high-level resources, as well as safe and effective air traffic management.
Eve’s growing UATM customer base shows its commitment to safe and successful vertiport operations, and the entire ecosystem required for a robust UAM market. Bluenest joins a select group of partners dedicated to enhancing their airborne urban mobility operations.
