Akaer was one of the highlights of the Dubai Airshow, one of the largest and most important aerospace and defense fairs in the world.
During the five-day event, the company received delegations from countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, India, Kuwait, Pakistan, South Africa, Turkey, Italy and Spain.
Akaer’s exhibition was also attended by Brazilian authorities present at the fair, such as the commander of the Air Force, Marcelo Kanitz Damasceno, and the director of the Ministry of Defense’s Trade Promotion Department, Rear Admiral Vagner Belarmino de Oliveira.

Relevance
Held between the 13th and 17th in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates, the event brought together the world’s leading groups in the Aerospace and Defense sectors, as well as government and military authorities from 98 countries.
Akaer was present with its broad portfolio of technologies for civil and military aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), armored ground vehicles, satellite cameras, advanced optronic systems and missile subsystems, among other products.
The Middle East has strategic weight in the company’s growth plans, with several partnerships already consolidated.

The company is headquartered in São José dos Campos (SP) and has two commercial offices outside Brazil, in Portugal and Turkey.
