Guyana (GUY) – Between November 10th and 12th, Operational Jungle Training was held for military personnel from the Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha (SFOD-A 7322), from the 7th Special Forces Group of the U.S. Army, and for military personnel from the 31st Special Forces Company of the Guyana Defence Force (GDF), totaling 18 Special Operators from both countries.

The instructions were given by the Brazilian team of instructors of the Jungle and Amphibious Training School (JATS) in Guyana, formed by Captain Renderson, First Sergeant Maxwell and First Sergeant Heberth. The training covered the main techniques of survival and life in the jungle, such as day and night orientation, traps, improvised shelters, obtaining water and fire, animal and plant food, among others.
