Taurus, the world’s largest seller of small arms, continues to expand its product portfolio and launches the Single Action Imperador revolver on the Brazilian market, aimed at consumers who are passionate about classic weapons.
The novelty is inspired by the famous Single Action revolver, a model with 150 years of history and one of the first to originate short guns in the world. Considered the classic of classics, this model became well known in western movies and was used by the US Army in the 19th century.
Now, Taurus is adding the Single Action Imperador to its portfolio, a model previously developed in a limited edition of 200 units, making this traditional weapon steeped in history available to all customers.
The Single Action Imperador is a single action revolver with two grip options, in wood or polymer, and two barrel sizes, 120mm or 139mm.
The barrel is custom engraved with the word “Imperador” and the caliber “.45 COLT”.
It has a 6-shot capacity, a Blade sight and a Cerakote® Graphite Black finish, making it more resistant to corrosive elements. The Emperor Single Action will soon also be available in .38 SPL caliber.
