Companhia Brasileira de Cartuchos (CBC), a Strategic Defense Company, world leader in ammunition and traditional manufacturer of long guns, is present as a sponsor and exhibitor at Shot Fair Brasil 2023, the largest shooting sports, tactical and security fair in Latin America, which takes place from August 2 to 5 at the Expoville Convention and Exhibition Center in Joinville, Santa Catarina.

On the occasion, the company exclusively presents several novelties to visitors. At the CBC booth, more than 20 launches are on display, as well as more than 90 long guns and 150 ammunition models, among different calibers and projectile configurations, from .22LR to medium-caliber military ammunition.

A strong supporter of the sport of shooting, CBC exhibits at Shot Fair Brasil 2023 its complete line of products aimed at the sports segment, with emphasis on the launches of CBC guns in .22 Magnum and .22 LR calibers, CBC KHAN guns in 12-gauge, CBC pellets and exclusive CBC plates for the TRAP modality.

Among the launches, the highlight is the CBC .22 Magnum line, composed of CBC Pump Action, CBC Delta, CBC Rio Bravo and CBC Bolt Action rifles.

The brand also presents a commemorative edition (limited to 97 weapons) of the CBC Delta .22 Magnum Rifle in honor of the company’s 97th anniversary. The weapon features exclusive Cerakote® camouflage paint, angled front grip and hard case, as well as a 97-year metal coin that accompanies the product.

And a commemorative series (limited to 125 weapons) of the CBC .22 Magnum Bolt Action Rifle in honor of the 25th anniversary of the manufacturing unit in Montenegro, Rio Grande do Sul. The model has a wooden butt, engraving of the commemorative stamp and map depicting the municipality where the factory is located, and receptacle / barrel with special painting in Cerakote®. It comes with Suede case and miniature rifle in the shape of a trophy.

Another novelty that can be seen first-hand at Shot Fair Brasil 2023 is the new line of CBC Tungsten weapons, which aligns tradition with technology. The renowned CBC Pump Military shotgun and the traditional CBC Bolt Action rifle, now also in .22Magnum caliber, gain a new Cerakote® Premium Tungsten finishing concept, bringing modernity, protection and durability to the weapon. The Tungsten finish refers to the element W of atomic number 74 of the periodic table, which has in its coloration the metallic gray. The weapons also have the laser engraving of the TUNGSTEN logo, which brings a highlight to this new line.

In the Montenegro series of single-shot rifles, CBC presents the new model available in 12, 20, 28, 32 and 36 calibers. The weapons have a 28 “tilting barrel, polymer stock, conventional sight, manual safety lock and 1-shot capacity.

Visitors will also be able to see the special series of the CBC Tactical Rifle, in .22LR caliber, limited to 150 units, developed in honor of hunters, sport shooters and collectors (CACs). The model has exclusive Cerakote® camouflage paint, Cerakote® Dark Green barrel, angled front grip and hard case, in addition to accompanying an exclusive CBC shirt.

The company also exhibits at the event products that are under development, such as the prototype of the Ranger Pro Rifle, a new platform in the .308 Win caliber, with a capacity of 5 cartridges, 24″ barrel, polymer stock with length adjustment, cushion and folding stock and M-Lok system, providing lightness, performance and comfort for the sport shooter.

Among the imported products, CBC presents the new Mace line, which includes the Mace Force + and Mace Tactical models, with semi-automatic system, 12-gauge, 14″ barrel and 5-round capacity. The Mace Force + rifle has an aiming system consisting of a handle and a folding Peep Sight mass that facilitates aiming and a Picatinny rail.

It also exhibits new sports versions of the K500 Over & Under line. In addition to the traditional weapons, CBC, in partnership with Khan Arms, brings to the Brazilian market the Super Sporting version of the K500 with laminated wood, adding even more value to the line, and the Side By Side version (parallel double barrel) known for its elegance and performance. Both versions have a removable trigger.

Also in partnership with Khan Arms, CBC brings to Brazilian consumers the new models of the AX-2 Telescopic line, with semi-automatic system, 12 gauge, 18.5″ barrel and capacity of 10 cartridges. The weapons have adjustable butt and pad, aluminum receptacle, providing much more comfort to the shooter.

Expanding its differentiated product portfolio, the company launches the CBC Chumbinho line in 4.5, 5.5 and 6.0mm calibers, which is divided into different models and calibers with an exclusive injection production technology, also having greater hardness, which reduces its deformation at the time of firing and provides better sliding in the rifles of the rifle barrel. The products are subjected to strict quality control, which ensures excellent dimensional and mass stability.

In addition to these novelties, the main ammunition marketed in the market will be on display at the CBC booth, among them: the .22 Magnum line (FMJ and JHP versions – ogival and expansive – and Polymatch), which enables a new experience in energy and performance.

The expansive Bonded ammunition and the new generation Pro Shock CBC, which has a projectile design developed with a special construction technique, offering superior ballistic performance, the NTA (Non Toxic Ammunition) training ammunition, which does not generate toxic gases or residues during firing, and Polymatch, projectiles coated with four layers of special polymer that provides less heating and friction in the barrel of the weapon, thus extending the life of the weapon. armament.
