How does the Motorola Solutions integrated system work in practice?
Live Booth Demonstration
- An individual is recognized through Artificial Intelligence, integrated into fixed street surveillance cameras, as a wanted suspect by security agencies.
- An automatic alert is sent to the nearest officer’s radio.
- The officer locates and identifies the suspect and triggers the emergency alarm on the radio.
- This automatically triggers the bodycam, which starts recording and transmits live to the Command and Control Center (CCC).
- A drone is sent to the scene so that operators and agents have a complete view of the situation.
- With access to several interoperable sources of information, the intelligence analyst at the CCC coordinates the units in the field so that the incident is resolved in record time.
Technologies present at LAAD
Bodycams – body cameras with full HD image and sound recording, with alerting and integration capabilities. The bodycams are integrated with the Videomanager system, which uploads and manages the videos and audios safely.
Drones – used in highly critical situations to increase the effectiveness of decision making with the drone being the first responder to an incident. This way, security agents already know what scenario they will encounter.
Advanced Artificial Intelligence for real-time security alerts – AI automatically provides information and threat intelligence with alerts sent instantly to operators who can securely access the platform from anywhere and on any device.
License plate recognition on vehicles Advanced search captures suspicious license plates through – Artificial Intelligence (AI) warning the officer and signaling in real-time to increase the efficiency of operations.
Technology for military support and disaster response – Barret Communications solution, recently acquired by Motorola Solutions. Designed specifically to meet the particularities of military actions, which require highly efficient, reliable and secure mission critical communications for use anywhere, without the need for infrastructure.
