Represented by its commercial and institutional director Luiz Monteiro, Brazil’s Condor Tecnologias Não Letais is in Angola with President Lula’s entourage, who arrived in the African country this Friday, the 24th, to carry out a diplomatic and commercial agenda.
This is Lula’s first trip to Angola in his current term and his third since 2003. The stopover will follow a series of appointments at the BRICS Heads of State Summit in South Africa.
Angola is an important Condor client and is the only country on the African continent, apart from South Africa, with which Brazil has a Strategic Partnership.
“We have a long and successful partnership with Angola. Angola recently received six CONDOR DROP systems and full qualification to use a wide range of our products. Through high-level meetings with the Brazilian authorities, we were able to perceive Angola’s genuine desire to continue adopting the most modern concepts emanating from the UN on the proportional use of force, with respect for human rights,” said Monteiro.
