Santa Maria (RS) – The 6th Armored Infantry Brigade Command, in partnership with the National Industrial Learning Service (SENAI-RS), qualified 60 military personnel from its organic military organizations in the professional initiation courses offered by the Roberto Barbosa Ribas SENAI Professional Training Center, in Santa Maria.
The courses, taught by Culinary Teacher and Chef Paulo Ricardo da Silva, were “Preparation of Bakery Products”, “Preparation of Confectionery Products”, and “The Art of Cooking”, all 36 hours long, and ended on November 3rd. The activity was carried out in SENAI’s Mobile Unit, a semi-trailer truck, which came to the 6th Bda Inf Bld Command’s facilities and remained parked during the course’s period.
The professional initiation course aims to qualify the Army’s military personnel for the performance of their duties in the Force and also provides conditions for insertion into the world of work after the end of the military service.
