PRO Day brought together the company’s employees to celebrate its anniversary and its prominent position in the ballistic protection market
The PROTECTA Group celebrated its 13th anniversary with its employees this November. PRO Day took place on November 11 at the company’s headquarters, and the most important moments of the company’s life-saving journey were recalled.
PROTECTA’s CEO, Victor Gallo, was present and gave a talk about the company’s work and its mission. “It was a celebration together with our employees, who with a lot of talent and dedication have placed this company in a prominent position in the ballistic protection industry,” he said.
The PROTECTA group leads the national ballistic vest market and occupies a prominent position in the automotive armor segment, thanks to new technologies that help save lives and protect property. It is also the only producer of airbags in Brazil. It currently has more than 400 employees in various product development and manufacturing sectors.
Successful trajectory
Founded in November 2011, the PROTECTA Group set out to save lives by developing and manufacturing ballistic protection solutions. Initially, the company invested in ballistic vehicle coatings. With hard work and innovation, it achieved market leadership in just three years.
Also in 2014, PROTECTA decided to invest in the development and production of ballistic vests and shields, aimed at the Public Security Forces.
PROTECTA also embraced another life-saving segment: airbag bags. The company became the first and so far only one in the country to produce the materials, which are an essential and mandatory item for automotive safety.
In more than 10 years of history, the PROTECTA group has achieved increasingly significant milestones, gaining national prominence and becoming a world reference in its field.
