Dakar (Senegal) – on February 7, 2023, took place the coordination meeting with the Commander of the Senegalese Army (Chef d’Etat-Major de l’Armée de Terre), Brigadier General Souleymane Kande with the Attaché of Defense, Naval, Army and Aeronautics in Senegal, Benin and Togo, Captain Raphael Gustavo Frischgesell and the Military Engineering Advisor with the Senegalese Army, Colonel Marcelo Florentino Borlina.
The activity was held at the Headquarters of the Chef d’Etat-Major de l’Armée de Terre and its objectives were to present the work of the Brazilian Mission for Cooperation in Military Engineering with the Senegalese Army (MBCEM), the military exchanges, and to strengthen the bonds of friendship between the two countries.
It is worth mentioning that the MBCEM, in addition to carrying out training and transmission of expertise on behalf of the Senegalese engineering system, supports the preparation in Portuguese language of the military selected for an exchange mission with Brazil.
